In this summery oil painting course, we will paint a seascape motif together using oil paints—completely without the use of turpentine or other solvents. Instead, we will work exclusively with linseed oil as a medium.
You will learn techniques such as color mixing, the use of light and shadow, and proper brushwork. Step by step, we will bring the soft hues of the sky and the gentle flows of the water onto the canvas, creating an atmospheric seascape with a wide horizon.
The course is suitable for both beginners who want to learn the basics of oil painting and advanced participants looking to expand their techniques.
